三、關(guān)于寄樣品的英文郵件

1.寄樣前的預(yù)備：

Dear Mr/Ms XX,

The XX samples are ready, now we would like to verify the specification ,size and quanlity and your detail address(including telephone , fax no.) as follows:

When we receive your confirm, we will send it to you ASAP.

2.寄樣品 （告知客戶品名，規(guī)格，寄樣日期，快件號碼等）：

Dear Mr/Ms XX,

Re XX samples, we have sent two pieces to you by EMS last week. The tracking No is XXXX, please check receive it.

3.詢問客戶是否收到樣品，意見如何，檢驗結(jié)果，改進意見

Dear Mr/Ms XX,

Re XXX samples, have you have received it? Now I 'd like to know the inspection results and your opinion? If any problem, please don’t hesitate to inform us so that we can try our best to solve for you.
